Lake County Cannabis Alliance Member Agreement

Lake County Cannabis Alliance aims to
 serve and promote Lake County’s world-renowned cannabis cultivators and businesses through sustainable economic development, public and private events, education and public policy initiatives. Our alliance is in progress of our filing our 501(c) 6 not for profit cannabis trade alliance. Our goals of helping all our members organize and move forward with their business in full compliance with all State of California laws and regulations. We place a high priority on protecting the legal rights of all LCCA members. In order to provide both the LCCA members and LCCA officers with the greatest possible degree of legal protection, we ask that all members and officers read the LCCA Terms and Conditions in full.

Payment

Section I. Payment Terms. All fees payable hereunder shall be paid to the LCCA Treasurer. 
Section II. Payment Method. Payment shall be made in cash until further notice

Section lll. Payment Period. Payments are due annually, and expire the date of the previous payment. 

Terms of Membership

Section I. You are an adult California resident 21 years or older.

Section II. You are in good standing as accordance to our by laws.

Section III. You will not sell, furnish, or in any way distribute cannabis to non-­members or through illegal channels.
Section IV. You have not had a membership in this organization terminated by removal or expulsion within the last five years, except if removed solely for non-payment of fees or dues and have since paid all sums past due.
Section V. You have not had a membership in any other medical cannabis cooperative or collective terminated or been expelled for cause within the last five years in any other medical cannabis cooperative, except if removed solely for non-payment of fees or dues.
Section VI. You have not been convicted of any drug-related felony within the last 5 years, including violation of Section 11351, 11351.5, 11352, 11355, 11359, 11360, 11378, 11378.5, 11379, 11379.5, 11379.6, 11380, 11382, or 11383 of the Health and Safety Code, or Section 182 of the Penal Code, or a felony violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11366.8, insofar as the offense involves manufacture, sale, possession for sale, offer for sale, or offer to manufacture, or conspiracy to commit one of those offenses, or a like offense from another jurisdiction.

Section VII. You will abide by all regulations as stated to maintain a status of "good standing" in the Lake County Cannabis Alliance By Laws.

Section Vlll. You will not sub-verse, misrepresent, undermine or contradict the mission statement, bylaws and goals as required to be in "good standing" of the LCCA. 


Liability


Section I. You are applying to be a member of the Lake County Cannabis Alliance. If accepted as a member, you must agree to the terms and conditions of membership as set forth in this agreement.

Section II. You have full read & will comply the LCCA Code of Conduct. 
Section III. By agreeing “Yes”, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, have read the terms and conditions of service and are aware of the legal consequences of this agreement and membership, including that you are prevented from suing the LCCA or its employees, agents or officers if you are injured or damaged for any reason as a result of participation as a member and/or in any membership activity and/or a result of use of LCCA activities. You may have a copy of this agreement at any time.



Privacy Statement


Section I. The LCCA has my permission to email or place calls to me at the email/ number provided in the member registration form regarding orders and registration, with information about products or services.
Section II. For the purposes of the site, we do need to collect and retain a certain amount of personal information to confirm your identity, authorize transactions, and verify your identity. A copy of your permit, application or other supporting documentation must be kept on record according to local law, but to ensure your personal records cannot be compromised, the LCCA takes the utmost care that your personal information is destroyed or secured wherever possible. Absolutely no information you provide to us will be sold to any other businesses, organizations, or individuals.
